ENTITLED TO RESPECT was established by Suzanne and Conrad Potts. Between them they have 50 years experience in training organisations and their staff to be assertive.
Their network of ENTITLED TO RESPECT Training Consultants covers the UK and since the release of their book in 2010 is now growing internationally.
Suzanne Potts
Suzanne is a motivational speaker and an expert in assertiveness.
Her keynote speaking for industry conferences, corporate events and charity forums is dynamic, thought provoking, and encourages audience participation at many levels. Attendance can be life changing .
Her passion for spreading assertiveness and Negotiation skills into cultures, industries and countries has taken her to the war torn territories of the former Yugoslavia, the military culture of Pakistan, Belarus and other communist style Republics. At home she works within all industry sectors including Retail, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Charity.
She began her career in sales and distribution managing diverse sales teams across many continents and cultures. By the mid 80's working for Xerox she achieved the most senior sales operational post for a woman.
Since becoming a Director of ENTITLED TO RESPECT, audiences throughout the world have benefited from Suzanne's expertise.
Conrad Potts
Conrad is a psychologist and a corporate training consultant. He specialises in change management, performance improvement and motivation.
Conrad has led numerous change management programmes encompassing culture change, mergers and acquisitions for multi-national organisations.
Conrad has appeared in a number to training videos associated with team building, leadership and assertiveness. He has appeared both on BBC and ITV programmes as the "resident psychologist".
Conrad has lived, travelled and worked extensively in the UK, Europe, Russia, Middle East and the South Pacific. As a Director of ENTITLED TO RESPECT he is dedicated to the development of talent in organisations, teams and leadership.
