We have a highly successful track record of delivering customised solutions that work. We work in partnership with you to design, develop and deliver what you want, where you want it, at a cost that is value for money.
You may have a need for a number of your people to have the same training course because it makes sense i.e:
Logistically - sometimes there can be less disruption to your business and easier to organise a number of people with the same training need at the one time and in the same location.
Organisationally - you may want to see a distinct culture change in a department or team and have them experience the same training so they can make immediate changes and mutually reinforce the learning.
Economically - it is often cheaper - one consultant/trainer can facilitate up to 9 people and money that would be spent on expensive staff travel costs can be saved
Whatever the reason we can run the Entitled to Respect Programme and tailor the contents to your specific needs where ever you want. This maybe on site in a training facility or a room you dedicate to the purpose or off site at place of your choosing. Equally if you wish us to find the venue we can offer you any of the superb training facilities we frequently know and use.
We include all consultation and course design free of charge.
You may want to run the Entitled To Respect Programme using your own training staff. We run a Train the Trainer - Entitled to Respect Programme for those companies who want to use their own staff to deliver Entitled to Respect material. Please call us to discuss how we can set up licensing arrangements for this purpose.
Contact Suzanne or Conrad or one of the team We will be happy to listen and discuss your specific requirements and put together a one or two day programme that fits your company's needs, aspirations and ways of working.
28.05.2010 Are we asking too much of ourselves to treat everyone with respect? Even the colleague who puts you down or steals your ideas and claims them as their own; people who hardly ever acknowledge your existence or thank you for the simple things you do for them; the driver who cuts you up or the person who forces their way in front of you in the queue?
28.05.2010 What's your Top 5 ways of showing respect to another person? Here's my Top 5 but you may disagree.
Show people they have value for being themselves
Accept who they are without judgement
Listen to them genuinely without prejudice
Acknowledge their personal strengths
Be fair in your dealings with people
28.05.2010 Do you get people to respect you more by using fear, aggression and threats because history in fact shows the sword, no matter what people say, is mightier than the ideas and ideals?
