The messages of Entitled To Respect are universal to all levels in an organisation. You may have key people within your company who do not have the time or indeed feel comfortable to return to a more traditional form of learning and development
The seniority of their management position may mean that they would benefit from one-to-one attention. Their needs are normally more finely focussed and would benefit from a more targeted approach.
We recognise that working demands vary; individual's needs are different; circumstances and timings are unpredictable, so the coaching relationship has to reflect this.
A coaching relationship is designed in the most appropriate way and can be face to face, by phone, email and more often a combination of all three.
The duration of a typical face to face coaching session is two hours. The frequency will vary according to the specific need, generally with shorter intervals at the beginning and with Project work set between sessions.
Contact Suzanne or Conrad or one of the team We will be happy to listen and discuss how to tailor your specific needs with a cost effective coaching programme.
28.05.2010 Are we asking too much of ourselves to treat everyone with respect? Even the colleague who puts you down or steals your ideas and claims them as their own; people who hardly ever acknowledge your existence or thank you for the simple things you do for them; the driver who cuts you up or the person who forces their way in front of you in the queue?
28.05.2010 What's your Top 5 ways of showing respect to another person? Here's my Top 5 but you may disagree.
Show people they have value for being themselves
Accept who they are without judgement
Listen to them genuinely without prejudice
Acknowledge their personal strengths
Be fair in your dealings with people
28.05.2010 Do you get people to respect you more by using fear, aggression and threats because history in fact shows the sword, no matter what people say, is mightier than the ideas and ideals?
