The Entitled to Respect Workshop is packed with ideas, tools and techniques that help you fulfil your individual potential both at work and other areas of your life. It not only identifies the behaviours and skills that underpin success but explores the beliefs and attitudes for sustained change.
Is it right for me?
Yes If you want more:
Control, fun and influence over your life
Fulfilment of your personal and professional goals and ambitions
Confidence and self assurance in handling challenging situations and people
More self esteem and respect
And just more out of your working life.and beyond..

What will I be able to do that I am not doing now?
Build on the strengths you already have
Behave more assertively in situations where currently you do not do so
Achieve more of the things you want in a way that helps others also succeed
Express yourself more confidently
Be more effective at making requests of others
Say 'no' effectively to unreasonable demands in way that maintains yours and others respect
Stop self limiting beliefs from holding you back
Develop the right mental attitude to sustain your assertion
Handle a host of work related situations with style, grace and a mutually satisfying result

Is there any Pre work to help me?
To help you get the most from the programme, we will send you a Pre Programme booklet which will help you identify the distinctions between assertiveness, aggression and non assertive behaviour and establish the balances in your own behaviour between the three.
